Automatic Writing Exercise for you:
Make sure your in a relaxed and calm mood, if you are feeling down, anxious or stressed your best off trying it another time when your more relaxed and settled. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed, take a pen/pencil with you and some paper. Sit and relax and let your hand move at will. You may want to ask your hand if it has any messages for you. Hold the pen/pencil loosely in whichever hand you normally write with and let your mind wander freely write down whatever comes into your head for about 10 minutes at the most. If nothing starts to happen visualize a column of lights made up of golden letters forming and reforming words. Focus on one letter and let the light flown down into your fingers and the pen wait until you feel your pen tremble and then let it move. At first it may just scribble and make strange patterns but normally words follow. Don’t try to read or make sense of them or you will lose the spontaneity of it. When you start to feel you are losing concentration, stop and lay down your pen. See the column of light fading, and then read what you have written. It may seem to relate to you or to someone close to you. If the message seems muffled or scribbled don’t be concerned as it takes time and practice to establish clear delivery of information.
