Ghost Hunter By Darren W. Ritson

Ghost Hunter

True-Life Encounters From the North East

By Darren W. Ritson

Since May 2003, Darren W. Ritson and his  team of ghosthunters have been searching the north east of England in their quest for definitive proof of ghosts and paranormal activity. This book is full of investigation reports from castles, public houses, hotels and prisoner of war camps and contains documented evidence that has been witnessed by the team whilst on the investigations. The book contains common theories on what ghosts are, the orb phenomenon and contains a tribute to the father of modern-day ghost hunting, Harry Price.

HRPI's Review
Ghost Hunter is a very unique, informative and well written book, it is well balanced and an unbiased objective view to the paranormal and ghost hunting. The investigations and reports are well documented and written from all paranormal perspectives. Ghost Hunter is well researched and thoroughly written, it is a first hand look at the trials of a modern day ghost hunter. If you are interested in the paranormal or considering becoming a ghost hunter then The Haunted Realm would advise you to read this book.

Ales and Spirits By Michael J. Hallowell

Ales And Spirits

The Haunted Pubs And Inns Of South Tyneside

By Michael J. Hallowell

A fascinating glimpse into the world of haunted public houses and the ghosts that
inhabit them.  In Ales & Spirits,
the author Michael J. Hallowell examines over twenty haunted
inns and alehouses - all within the Borough of South Tyneside. The guide to the haunted pubs of South Tyneside is long overdue. With such a rich heritage, the number and variety of alehouses within the borough is amazing. It is hardly suprising that so many tales of ghostly goings-on within these taverns abound.

UFO Warminster By Kevin Goodman

UFO WARMINSTER

CRADLE OF CONTACT

By Kevin Goodman

Kevin Goodman's book describes what happened to him and his group of friends after they first visited Warminster in the mid-1970s. They began visiting Warminster to research the UFO sightings that had been occuring there for over a decade. Soon, to their suprise, they were to find themselves at the centre of the very phenomena they were researching. This is their story.

HRPI's Review

UFO Warminster is very well written and easy to follow, the book gives you a very clear insight into the Warminster case and it's impact in ufology. The book gives you a very clear image of the author and his friends to the point that you become enthralled in the book and find it very hard to put down.  The book contains masses of information and at some points gives the impression of it being a journal type style book which makes it more intriguing. I would advise anyone to read this book not just because of the Warminster case but anyone who is interested in ufology it is a brilliant read!

HRPI's Review

Darren w. Ritson compiled and wrote a fantastic first book with "Ghost Hunter True-Life Encounters From the North East" but with In Search Of Ghosts he has excelled himself. The book is full of well documented evidence, reports and information, what makes this book such a good read aswell is that Darren as not just written about well known accounts of Paranormal activity but as also included accounts of the not so well known which makes it so much more intriguing for the reader and definitly makes it hard to put down!
